Payment is required before drawing is started. This includes the sketch phase. I try to keep quick turn-around times but if there is a queue or delay I will notify you A.S.A.P.
Extra fees can be added based on a case to case basis regarding any extra characters, complex details. style of shading etc.
You will be notified of all costs and their reasons before work had begun and before payment, no additional fees will be added after initial payment unless nature of the changes or is amended and both parties agree. Once work has begun no refunds are allowed even in the case of disinterest in receiving a completed product.
